Hey, everyone! This week we’re participating in a Jefferson fundraiser – we’re donating two baskets to the school, and they’ll be sold at the silent auction. The profits will go to the school. Buford the Purse (check out pictures!) is one of a few items that will be in each basket – due to the time involved in each item (Buford took nearly an hour and a half) there will only be a couple. However, they will be of the highest quality, and with matching colour schemes, to boot!
There will be a boy’s themed basket and a girl’s. Buford is a sneak peek at the epicness of this stuff.
Feel free to go to the Jefferson carnival on Friday – it seems like it’ll be a lot of fun, and you’ll get to see our items at auction, which will be epic!
I’ve taken a personal liking to my Buford bag – he’s modeled after a toy I bought from KJ which has made my life expectancy increase just from the sheer joy of owning him. ^-^ I love Buford so much!
*feminine squeal*
She made him out of a t-shirt. Sheer genius, I tell you. People should give KJ money just for being alive.
…anyway – I do hope you like Buford the purse, and if you have an hour or so, go to Jefferson on Friday!

Update Number… Well, I’ve Lost Count, Haven’t I

Yes, I have.

Well, point aside – we’re finishing up the very last of our orders (sorry, Colin, for the delay. XD). Tyler H. has suggested making iPod skins - that would be wonderful, if we had measurements of each of the iPods. If you would like to order one, make sure you tell us how long, wide, and thick your iPod is! Not to mention things like the lock tab, the headphone jack, and the plug in the bottom.

Thanks to everyone so much for supporting us in what we do!

Ooh, and MasterShrubber has bought some fabulous new colours of duct tape! Producktions can now come in:

Aqua
Tan
Orange
Neon Green
Brown

…and this really, really shiny chrome stuff. It’s actual silver, not greyish like regular duct tape.

We’re also working on colour schemes you can request for specific matching items, hehehe.

On Warranties

NOTE TO THE BUYER:
We recently received a comment saying that one of our ties came ‘undone’. Yes, after a few wears, the knot narrows the duct tape, leaving it creased. To easily remedy this, you can get the strip and run them over the edge of a hard surface. ^-^ If one of the ties falls apart, JUST TELL US. We can fix yours, or f completely unusable, make a new one. However, there is a certain wear-and-tear GUARANTEED … with basically everything, not just our products. Screens get scratched, small things snap off. But they are still usable.
We can replace the item if and ONLY if:

-it snaps
-the duct tape peels completely off (as in, no longer sticky on any side, not just raised some at the edges)
-the ‘duct tape fabric’ tears (NOTE: poking through it with scissors/other sharp, pointy object does NOT count!)
-it is otherwise COMPLETELY UNUSABLE (ie – it is now in 7+ pieces, instead of 1!)
-it is our fault

Basically, if it is a fault in the design, or our fault. If you lose it, or… well, I don’t know, do something to it that should not be done to duct tape (o_o) then it’ll work like every other warranty thing. Your fault, not our business, eh?

For the reference, I’ve had my tie ever since the company started (which is a few months now) and it’s held up great. In fact, I wore it to school today.

We’re flexible! Ask us if our warranty applies.

Duct Buddies, among other Things

Most of the items we sell are functional. However, something doesn’t need to be functional to be hilarious, or fun!

We’re introducing a line of useless things called Duct Buddies, for a low price of about three dollars each. These customizable animal-person things can have one eye, two, three, a tongue, teeth. We’re also working on developing decorated binder clips that look like small Duct Buddies.

You can find a picture of our Duct Buddies under the ‘Pictures’ page *points*. There we picture the original Duct Buddy, made by Funnel, a (mildly disturbing) Cyclops Buddy, by Toph, and a one-buck-tooth Buddy by MasterShrubber, who is still a bit new to this.

We’re throwing a lot of ideas around such as pencil cases, hair clips, those binder clips, headbands, and prices for decorations. If you’d like to tell us anything, be sure to post a comment!

It’ll help us a lot to set a stable price for our decorations – perhaps $.25 a decoration on ties (we’d love your input on this)? We can make most things (you can find a yin-yang sign on the Pictures page, as well as several decorated ties); well, simple ones, at least.

We’d also like to make an announcement:

Our local “realist” (a.k.a. “pessimist”) has ordered a ProDucktion. THANKS, SOCCER MOM!

Hey, people!

We are almost finished in the making and distribution of the first major swell of orders – so keep them coming!

We would like to thank everyone who bought something, because they have helped feed our love for this fun(ctional) hobby!

Also: if we have delivered your Producktion and you have yet to financially compensate us, please do so as soon as possible! We will have to start not giving people their soon-to-be-beloved Producktions if they can’t pay that day – so please don’t ruin this fascinating purchase opportunity for others!

Hey! We’ve been receiving a lot of orders. This is quite comforting. And pleasing.

We’re trying to get them all out as quickly as possible, but a few may take a bit longer because our pages are overflowing with requests! =3

So, just keep in mind that this is fairly time-consuming (one order can take any amount of time from half an hour to about 2) but we’re going as fast as we can. Thanks!
